The Role:
As Customer Sales Agent for our Birch Chemicals division at our Melton Ross Quarries, you will work closely with colleagues all over the world. Being responsible for your accounts, you will enjoy the rush of operations:
Switching between customer service, managing orders with the operations team, organising delivery and discussing opportunities with sales.
What you will do:
As a Customer Sales Agent, you are the main contact person for your customers. From the moment the customer sends an order, you take responsibility for the acceptance and execution of the orders, including necessary administration (from order to invoice). You are the logistics specialist who answers all of your customers’ queries, handles compliments and complaints, solves problems, implements new lanes and executes financial & operational analyses to improve continuously.
Together with you colleagues from operations and commerce, you will realise creative transport solutions to ensure on time deliveries worldwide, reduce costs and expand existing business.
