Birchset® CR Cure Stabiliser

Birchset® CR Cure Stabiliser

In high humidity environments, or environments with high volumes of moisture filler, rubber compounds may contain significant levels of moisture.

High volumes of our calcium oxide desiccants Innovox® or Innovox® MG can be used to successfully eliminate porosity - but this may lead to detrimental effects on finished rubber products, including reduced vulcanisation or increased compression set.

That’s why we’ve developed Birchset® CR, a food contact approved cure stabiliser and compression set reduction additive. Birchset® CR eliminates increased compression set or reduced vulcanisation - without compromising rubber compound performance.
